How did you come up with the idea for this product?
"For many years dog owners have struggled to gain control of their canine companions. With my 35+ years of dog training experience, I have heard and seen many of their frustrations. So being a visionary and creative in mind I have developed and produced the many innovative tools that will help dog owners to regain control and simplify their lives on a daily basis. The original dogg boss trainer led to the Pet Pal bathing device. The noose system from the Pet Pal led to the revolutionary Zipp-n-Go dog leash."
Why is it better than a full-body harness?
"The Zipp-n-Go is a faster and easier solution over the full body harness device and it saves time. Most conventional products have turned dog owners away to harness devices due to the harsh nature of choke or prong collars, or because dogs back out of regular flat collars and escape. The Zipp-n-Go is much less harsh than any metal training collar and even easier on a dog's throat than a regular flat collar. There is also no D-ring or O-ring to find and fumble with."

30-Day Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
